Diagnose

SPEAK TO A PHYSIO IN YOUR OWN HOME

An initial online Physiotherapy consultation with Vicky or Catriona will help you understand the cause of your issues and what best to do about it. At the end of 4 weeks, you will have a follow-up Physio consultation ensuring your get the best advice for your individual situation. 
Throughout your 4-week programme, we'll keep in touch via e-mail to check on your progress.

Rehabilitate

STRUCTURED REHABILITATION PROGRAMME

As part of your rehabilitation programme, you'll have access to a structured 4-week course including online Pilates/Physio videos and classes. Daily notifications guide you through each step of the programme making it easy to follow.

Continue Pilates with 10, 20 and 30 minute options, from Beginners, to daily flows,
Pilates for sport and Mindful Pilates, we have something to suit your lifestyle.

Popular with our members, Live Classes are interactive giving you the opportunity to chat to your instructor and ask questions. Our Pilates Experience allows more flexibility on class times allowing you 48 hours to watch a recorded Pilates class.
