How do the rehab programmes work?
Our rehab programmes are online, so they are quick and easy to join. Each 4-week programme is designed and led by Physiotherapists. Each day you'll receive an email notification with a step to complete - some days this will be Physio exercises or a Pilates session and on other days it will be advice about ways to improve your day to day living. You can work through the programme at your own pace, so don't worry if you can't manage each day or if you're on holiday, you'll have extra time to complete the programme.

Which programme should I choose?
We have specific rehab programmes for neck and shoulder pain, low back pain, hip pain and knee pain. If you have general aches and pains throughout your body, we have a Whole Body rehab programme that will cover exercises for all areas.
What if I am waiting for a joint replacement operation?
If you are waiting for surgery, the best thing you can do is to have as much movement and strength before you have surgery (Prehab) to give you the best outcomes post-op. If this is you, send us an email and we can chat to you before you start your programme to make sure it's the right one for you, and to get the most out of it,
I don't have a specific injury but I have general aches and pains?
If you don't have one specific problem area, but are noticing stiffness or pain generally in your body, then the Whole Body Programme is ideal for you. This comprehensive programme gives you access to 2 x Online Physio consultations to discuss any issues and give you advice before and during your programme.
What happens when I finish the rehab programme?
After your 4-week programme, you will have the confidence to continue exercises and continue put into practice all the information you have learned. You can continue with MMH monthly for unlimited access to all rehab programmes, pre-recorded and live Pilates classes to maintian your health and fitness.
