Online Rehab Programmes & Courses

For pain and dysfunction

Welcome to our rehabilitation services for the self treatment of pain and dysfunction.

We currently have 4-week structured rehabilitation programmes for anyone suffering from chronic or re-occurring body and joint pain, stiffness or weakness.  These are also excellent for anyone wanting to generally improve their flexibility, strength, posture, and prevent joint and limb injuries in the future.

You'll combine online Physio and Pilates videos along with education and advice on how to recover from your symptoms. The exercises and Pilates classes take between 10 and 20 minutes to complete, so you can fit it in around your day.

These easy to follow programmes are your personal online therapy. With day by day steps and notifications, you can work through the videos and exercises in your own home at your own leisure. We've included Physio guidance on how best to tackle your issues, reduce your symptoms and remain symptom free.

Do I need any equipment for the programmes

Just yourself and a mat! We want to make it as easy as possible for you to join from home. Occasionally we use a small step or a chair to hold onto for balance, but other than that you don't need any specific equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do the 4-week rehab programmes work?

Our rehab programmes are online, so they are quick and easy to join. Each 4-week programme is designed and led by Physiotherapists. Each day you'll receive an email notification with a step to complete - some days this will be Physio exercises or a Pilates session and on other days it will be advice about ways to improve your day to day living. You can work through the programme at your own pace, so don't worry if you can't manage each day or if you're on holiday, you'll have extra time to complete the programme.

Who should try a rehab programme?

Anyone who has mild to moderate aches or pains will benefit from our rehab programmes.

Which programme should I choose?

Please note, we are updating our programmes and currently the Lower Limb and Whole Body rehab programmes are available.  Look out for our upcoming programmes:

  1. Whole Body Program: Designed for individuals with multiple joint issues or those experiencing general aches, weakness, and stiffness.

  2. Neck and Upper Limb Program: Specifically tailored for issues related to the neck, upper back, shoulder, arm, elbow, wrist, and hand.

  3. Low Back and Lower Limb Program: Geared towards addressing concerns in the low back, pelvis, buttock, hip, leg, knee, calf, and ankle.

We've categorised these programs based on the understanding that effective rehabilitation involves addressing a broader range of areas in the body rather than focusing solely on the symptomatic regions.

What if I am waiting for a joint replacement operation?

If you are waiting for surgery, the best thing you can do is to have as much movement and strength before you have surgery (Prehab) to give you the best outcomes post-op. If this is you, send us an email and we can chat to you before you start your programme to make sure it's the right one for you, and to get the most out of it,

I don't have a specific injury but I have general aches and pains?

If you don't have one specific problem area, but are noticing stiffness or pain generally in your body, then the Whole Body Programme is ideal for you. This comprehensive programme works all body areas building up the flexibility and strength you need to move well and feel good.  This is also good for posture correction.

What happens when I finish the rehab programme?

After your 4-week programme, you can continue with MMH monthly for unlimited access to all rehab programmes, over 170 Pilates and wellness videos, and new pre-recorded Pilates classes added weekly to maintain your health and fitness.
