If you're a regular at Pilates, a 1:1 session is perfect for helping you work on specific exercises you might be struggling with, train for an event, ask questions and progress to the next level.

A one-to-one is the perfect way to focus on specific areas and exercises that'll help you achieve your goals. You'll have a personalised Pilates programme, in the comfort of your own home.
