Your questions, answered
Do I have to subscribe to join a rehab programme?
No. We want to give you as much flexibility as possible, so we have a 'pay as you go' option for all 4-week rehab programmes. If you choose to subscribe to the MMH Monthly option, you'll have access to all rehab regimens, as well as all pre-recorded Pilates programmes and classes.
Do I need to commit to a subscription for a set amount of time?
No. All subscriptions run on a month to month basis, so if you decide to cancel at any time, you can and with no charge. Your subscription will renew every 31 days, so if you cancel after your renewal date you will have full access until it cancels at the end of that 31 day period.
Are the classes live or pre-recorded?
Currently all of our classes are pre-recorded and new classes are loaded into the weekly class programme. Our Pilates programmes have been put together to give you the best and most flexible experience, and are pre-recorded. We add new classes each month, so you'll always have something new to try!
I've never tried Pilates before, will this be suitable for me?
Yes! Pilates really is suitable for all ages and abilities. We have a beginner programme as well as an intermediate/advanced programme so you can choose the best fit for you. We also have 2 introductory classes 'The Fundamentals' which take you through the principles of Pilates. You also have the option of a 1:1 session with an instructor, giving you the advice and confidence you need to get started.
Will Pilates help with my posture?
Definitely! Pilates exercises focus on building core strength to improve your overall body alignment and posture. As you get stronger, the exercises will continue to challenge you and maintain your improvements.
I have an injury and I'm not sure what I should do?
If you have mild or moderate symptoms and no other health problems, you can start one of our 4-week rehab programmes staright away. If you have questions about our rehab content or you current situation, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have more complex medical problems or you really need to ask someone for help, you can book an online Physiotherapy or Herbal medcine appointment with one of our working partners. They can discuss any issue you have and recommend the best course of action for you. Pilates is mat-based and low intensity so is suitable for most ages and abilities. We also have rehab Pilates programmes - designed by our Physios for recovery from specific injuries. Please get in touch for more information.
I've subscribed, how do I access the video programmes?
The videos and standard programmes including the weekly classes can be accessed through your members dashboard at the top right of the web page through the 'VIDEOS & CLASSES' tab on the home page (please note that you will need to log in to the site to access these. You can also access the 4-week rehab programmes directly from the website, make sure you are logged in if you have a membership so you can join for no extra cost . You can stream the videos anytime from your laptop, tablet or phone.
